摘要
目的:对大叶醉鱼草化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、大孔吸附树脂进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从大叶醉鱼草地上部分分离得到7个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:洋芹素(1)、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、金合欢素(3)、金合欢素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、金合欢素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖(1-6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、木犀草素(6)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective :To study the chemical constitutes of Buddleja davidii. Methods:The constitutes were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography and macroporous absorption resin and their structures were eluci- dated by spectroscopic analysis. Results: Seven compounds including Apigenin ( 1 ), Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside ( 2 ), Acacetin ( 3 ), Acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (4), Acacetin-7-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl- ( 1-6 ) -β-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ), Luteolin ( 6 ), Luteolin-7-O-β-D- glueoside (7). Conclusion: All these compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
