鸡粪罐式好氧堆肥过程对重金属有效性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过120 m^(3)发酵罐快速堆肥,分析了鸡粪(CM1)和鸡粪+菌渣(CM2)两组堆肥过程理化因素和重金属Cd、Pb、Cr有效性的变化,并利用SPSS对理化因素与酸可交换态(Ext)Cd、Pb、Cr的占比进行Pearson相关性分析。CM1和CM2组的温度由第1 d的26.30℃和29.13℃分别上升至第3 d的66.13℃和72.23℃,并在此阶段维持了约2~4 d;两组样品中含水量,有机质(OM),总碳(TC),总氮(TN)和致病菌E.coli与Sal的含量均明显降低;pH,EC和腐殖酸(HA)含量上升。CM1中Ext-Cd、Ext-Cr和Ext-Pb的占比分别降低了14.79%,42.31%和49.78%;而CM2中Ext-Cd、Ext-Cr和Ext-Pb的占比分别降低了64.90%,77.94%和53.22%,这表明好氧堆肥过程对Cd、Pb和Cr的分布状态产生明显影响,其中C/N、HA和OM与Ext-Cd、Ext-Cr和Ext-Pb的占比呈负相关,较高的C/N更有利于降低Cd、Pb和Cr的生物有效性,这进一步说明堆肥过程添加菌渣能够促进重金属Cd、Pb、Cr的固定化。 Through 120 m^(3)fermentor rapid composting,the changes of physicochemical factors and the availability of heavy metals Cd,Pb and Cr in chicken manure(CM1)and chicken manure+bacterial dregs(CM2)were analyzed,and the Pearson correlation between physicochemical factors and acid exchangeable(Ext)Cd,Pb and Cr was analyzed by SPSS.The temperature of CM1 and CM2 groups increased from 26.30℃and 29.13℃on the first day to 66.13℃and 72.23℃on the third day,respectively,and maintained for about 2 to 4 days at this stage.The contents of water content,organic matter(OM),total carbon(TC),total nitrogen(TN)and pathogenic bacteria E.coli and Sal in the two groups decreased significantly;pH,EC and humic acid(HA)content increased.The proportion of Ext-Cd,Ext-Cr and Ext-Pb in CM1 decreased by 14.79%,42.31%and 49.78%,respectively.The proportion of Ext-Cd,Ext-Cr and Ext-Pb in CM2 decreased by 64.90%,77.94%and 53.22%,respectively,indicating that the aerobic composting process had a significant effect on the distribution of Cd,Pb and Cr.Among them,the proportion of C/N,HA and OM was negatively correlated with Ext-Cd,Ext-Cr and Ext-Pb,and the higher C/N was more beneficial to reduce the bioavailability of Cd,Pb and Cr,which further indicated that the addition of bacterial residue in the composting process could promote the immobilization of heavy metal Cd,Pb and Cr.
