摘要
本文以鸡粪为原料,以玉米秸秆或稻壳为辅料,研究了粪污腐熟剂对鸡粪堆肥腐熟效果的影响。试验设置Ⅰ组(鸡粪+玉米秸秆+粪污腐熟剂)、Ⅱ组(鸡粪+稻壳+粪污腐熟剂)和对照组(鸡粪)。结果表明:Ⅰ组堆肥物料升温快速,第3天进入高温期,第18天腐熟完全;Ⅱ组第5天进入高温期,第21天腐熟完全;对照组第30天才达到腐熟状态。堆肥腐熟结束后,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、对照组的pH值分别为7.63、7.54、7.37;Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的C/N值分别降低到14.70和15.70;Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组种子发芽指数分别达到95.2%和89.5%,对照组的发芽指数为43.9%;Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的有机质含量、总养分、水分、粪大肠杆菌群数、蛔虫卵死亡率都符合有机肥料标准要求。综合各项指标可知,粪污腐熟剂可以加速鸡粪腐熟过程、提高堆肥产品质量、缩短鸡粪发酵腐熟周期。
This paper using chicken manure as raw material, using corn stalks or rice husks as accessories, studied the effect of manure decomposing agent on composting of chicken manure. The test set group Ⅰ(chicken manure+corn stalk+manure decomposing agent), group Ⅱ(chicken manure+rice husk+manure decomposing agent) and the control group(chicken manure). The results showed that the compost material of group Ⅰ heated up rapidly, entered the high temperature period on the 3rd day, and was completely decomposed on the 18th day. Group Ⅱ entered the high temperature period on the 5th day, and was completely decomposed on the 21st day. The control group was completely decomposed on the 30th day. After composting, the pH values of group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and the control group were 7.63, 7.54 and 7.37, respectively. The C/N values of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ decreased to 14.70 and 15.70, respectively. The seed GI of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ reached 95.2% and 89.5%, respectively. The GI of the control group was 43.9%. The organic matter content, total nutrients, moisture, number of fecal coliforms and the mortality of roundworm eggs in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ all complied with the requirements of organic fertilizer standards. Comprehensive indicators showed that manure decomposing agent could accelerate the decomposing, improve the quality of compost products, and shorten the period of chicken manure fermentation and maturity.
