摘要
本文以国内星巴克实体店为研究对象,基于POI地理大数据,运用洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数以及GIS空间分析的平均最近邻指数、核密度分析、热点分析、标准差椭圆等方法分析了国内星巴克实体商业网点的空间布局特征,运用Pearson相关分析等方法,对影响城市实体零售商业网点区位选择的空间关联性因素进行了探讨。结果表明:1)数量上呈“东密西疏”的分布特征,中心指向性明显;2)分布模式呈空间凝聚型,表现为非均衡聚集型,主要分布在广东省、浙江省、江苏省、四川省、北京市、上海市6个省市;3)冷热点分区呈“川”字形分布,表现出明显的空间相关性,在南-北方向上的空间布局趋势较为明显;4)经济发展水平、城市公共交通水平、科技创新水平、居民生活质量和商业房产地价等指标均显著影响国内实体新零售商业网点的空间布局和区位选择。
Taking domestic Starbucks coffee stores as the research object,based on POI geographic big data,the spatial layout characteristics of Starbucks physical commercial outlets were analyzed by using Lorentz curve,Gini coefficient,average nearest neighbor index of GIS spatial analysis,kernel density analysis,hot spot analysis,standard deviation ellipse and other methods.The spatial correlation factors affecting the location selection of urban physical retail commercial outlets were discussed by using Pearson correlation analysis and other methods.The results are as follows:1)the quantity shows the distribution characteristics of“East Missouri sparse”,and the central directivity is obvious;2)The distribution pattern is spatial agglomeration type,which is manifested as unbalanced aggregation type,mainly distributed in 6 provinces and cities of Guangdong Province,Zhejiang Province,Jiangsu Province,Sichuan Province,Beijing and Shanghai;3)The cold and hot spots are distributed in a“Chuan”shape,showing obvious spatial correlation,and the spatial layout trend from south to north is obvious;4)The spatial layout and location choice of domestic new retail commercial outlets are significantly affected by the level of economic development,urban public transport,scientific and technological innovation,the quality of life of residents and the land price of commercial real estate.
