摘要 借助斜拉桥拉索同步张拉实际案例,总结和归纳斜拉索同步张拉方法和关键技术点。提出一套新的张拉理论,将斜拉桥上的所有斜拉索采用数控的方式一次性张拉到位,从而得到精确的最优成桥拉索力,开辟一条新的斜拉索张拉的调索思路,并在国内已成功应用于具体工程。 Based on the actual case of cable synchronous tension of cable-stayed bridge, the methods and key technical points of cable synchronous tension are summarized and a new tension theory is put forward. All the cables on the cable-stayed bridge are tensioned in a one-time way by numerical control, so as to obtain the precise and optimal cable force of the completed bridge and open up a new cable adjustment idea of cable tension, It has been successfully applied to concrete projects for the first time in China.
