摘要
Al-Si系合金具有优异的铸造性能、机加工性能、耐腐蚀性能,且其导热(电)性能和力学性能的潜在提升空间很大。随着新能源汽车行业和5G通讯行业的快速发展,对铸造Al-Si系合金的导热(电)性能和力学性能提出了较高的要求。阐述了金属电阻理论及导热(电)模型,综述了国内外高导热(电)/高强度Al-Si合金的开发及研究进展,重点介绍了6种常用合金元素(Fe、Cu、Mg、Zn、Ni、Zr)和常用变质元素对铸造铝合金微观组织、导热(电)性能和力学性能影响的研究现状,分析了高导热(电)/高强度铸造Al-Si合金研究存在的问题并展望了未来的发展方向。
Al-Si alloys exhibit excellent casting properties,machining performance,and corrosion resistance.The thermal conductivity(electrical conductivity)and mechanical properties of these alloys have great potential for improvement.Recently,high requirements have been placed on the thermal conductivity(electrical conductivity)and mechanical properties of casting Al-Si alloys,since the rapid development of the new energy automobile industry and the 5 G communication industry.The metal resistance theory was introduced and the development and research progress of high thermal conductivity(electrical conductivity)/high strength Al-Si alloys were summarized.The effects of six common alloying elements(Fe,Cu,Mg,Zn,Ni,Zr)and common metamorphic elements on the microstructure,thermal(electrical conductivity),and mechanical properties of cast Al alloys were emphatically reviewed.In addition,the existing problems of high thermal conductivity(electrical conductivity)/high strength casting Al-Si alloys were discussed and the future development direction had been prospected.
