摘要
采用熔体过热处理与加锰相结合的方法来改善铝硅合金中富铁相杂质的析出形态,在此基础上对不同含锰量的铝硅合金进行了电磁分离净化。试验结果表明,采用熔体过热处理与加金属锰相结合的方法可使铝硅合金中的富铁相变为尺寸均匀的颗粒状,通过控制锰含量可使富铁相的直径控制在10-40μm之间;铝硅合金中富铁相电磁分离处理的效果取决于Mn和Fe的含量比,当Mn和Fe的摩尔含量比为1.1时,富铁相杂质的一次电磁分离效率为65%。
The method of preheat-treatment combined with adding manganese had been adopted to improve the shape of iron-rich impurity in aluminum silicon alloy. The optimum adding capacity of manganese had been confirmed and electromagnetic separation experiments had been done using aluminum-silicon alloy with different manganese content on the base of regularization. The experimental results show that preferable regularization of iron-rich impurity shapes in aluminum- silicon alloy have been acquired, the size of impurity particles are symmetrical and can be controlled by manganese content from 10 μm to 40 μm basically. When the ration of Mn and Fe is 1.1, the iron- rich impurity in aluminum-silicon alloy after combined treatment can be reduced 65% by once electromagnetic separation.
