摘要 针对赵楼煤矿高地温托厚顶煤回采期间煤层自然发火重大风险,通过对井下现场作业地点的地质条件、顶煤分析、球胆取样及相关分析研究,采取通风和降温系统动态管控、安全监控传感器24 h可靠运行、利用移动制氮机定期注氮防灭火、每天喷洒阻化剂防灭火等综合防火措施,保障了作业地点的安全生产,取得了较好的预期效果。 In view of the major risk of coal seam spontaneous combustion during the mining of high ground temperature support thick top coal in Zhaolou Coal Mine,the analysis and research is carried out according to the geological conditions of the underground working site,the condition of supporting top coal and ball gallbladder sampling,dynamic control of ventilation and cooling system is adopted,safety monitoring sensor runs reliably for 24 hours,the comprehensive fire prevention measures such as regular injection of nitrogen to prevent and extinguish fire by using mobile nitrogen making machine and spraying inhibitor every day have ensured the safe production of the working place and achieved good results.
