摘要
计算机监控系统作为水电站主要的综合自动化系统,直接关系全站的经济安全运行。很多水电站的计算机监控系统都是20世纪末设计的,已运行30年,现在计算机监控在设计思路、总体结构、硬件选配、软件开发等各方面都有很大提升,而且原有的计算机监控出现运行速度缓慢、PLC系统故障、通信中断等问题,直接影响电站安全运行。因此对原有计算机监控系统进行改进,并针对以上问题进行重新设计,重点提升了系统先进性、合理性、可靠性,结构采用开放环境下全分布式配置,并应用了环形以太网通信方式,硬件选用目前先进的主流产品,软件选用国际流行的工控软件,改造后系统整体运行安全可靠,提高了水电站生产的安全可靠性,满足了水电站现代化和信息化管理的需求,可供新建电站的计算机监控设计参考。
Computer monitoring system is directly related to the economic and safe operation of the whole station as the main integrated automation system of hydropower station. Many computer monitoring systems of hydropower stations are designed at the end of the 20th century and have been running for 30 years. Present computer monitoring has been greatly improved in design idea, structure, hardware selection,software development and so on, and there are problems such as slow running speed, PLC system failure, communication interruption and so on, which directly affect the safe operation of power stations. Therefore, the original computer monitoring system was improved and redesigned to solve the above problems, focusing on improving the progressiveness, rationality and reliability of the system. The structure was fully distributed in an open environment, and the ring Ethernet communication mode was applied. The current advanced mainstream products were selected for hardware, and the internationally popular industrial control software was selected for software. After the transformation, the overall operation of the system is safe and reliable, improves the safety and reliability of hydropower station production, meets the needs of hydropower station modernization and information management, and can be used as a reference for computer monitoring design of new power stations.
