摘要
文章论述了2个影响水电监控系统性能的关键因素,分别为冗余结构设计和通信数据实时性,详细分析了从测控装置到通信管理机和监控服务器的主备模式,以及通信协议的选择和优化,并提出了数据二次组包、数据注册传输等能够大幅度提高数据传输实时性的具体措施,为构建性能优良的监控系统提供了处理关键问题的方案。文章最后结合三峡地电工程以及正在实施的向家坝、溪洛渡等重要水电监控系统,评估了方案的实践效果。
This paper discusses the two key factors, such as the redundancy design and the real-time communication message, which impacted the hydropower station monitoring system performance. And it analyzes in detail the running mode from the monitoring device to the communication manager unit and monitoring server. And then paper puts forward some means, such as tile secondary package and the registered transmission, which could enhance the real-time message transmission, provides the scheme fbr building the fine monitoring system. Finally this paper evaluates the practice effect based on Three Gorges Project and Xiangjiaba and Xiluodu projects
