摘要
无人收放装置作为海洋无人装备重要的组成部分,其可靠性对无人作业任务有着至关重要的影响。为解决无人收放控制系统的可靠性问题,从FMECA分析和冗余设计两个角度出发,对影响无人收放控制系统正常工作的关键部件的故障模式进行了分析,并在此基础上,针对性地提出了无人收放控制系统冗余设计准则。以某型无人收放装置为例,通过对无人收放控制系统进行FMECA分析,得出了对系统危害程度较高的几种故障模式及部件,结合故障诊断方式,对故障进行了分类,制定了各类故障的冗余设计模型,并给出了可靠性计算方法,提出了无人收放控制系统硬件冗余设计准则。将FMECA分析与冗余设计结合在一起,使用FMECA分析了无人收放控制系统的薄弱环节,为冗余设计提供了依据,完成了冗余策略制定,提高了无人收放控制系统的可靠性。
As an important component of the unmanned marine system, the reliability of the unmanned retractable device has a vital impact on the unmanned task. In order to solve the reliability problem of the unmanned control system, the failure modes of the key components which affect the normal work of the unmanned control system were analyzed from two aspects of FMECA analysis and redundancy design. Taking a certain type of unmanned retractable device as an example, through the FMECA analysis of the unmanned retractable control system, several fault modes and components which were harmful to the system were obtained, combined with fault diagnosis methods, the faults were classified,the redundant design models of various faults were formulated, and the reliability calculation method was given. The hardware redundancy design criterion of unmanned retractable control system was put forward. The design combined FMECA analysis with redundancy design,analyzed the weakness of unmanned control system by using FMECA, provided the basis for redundancy design, completed the redundancy strategy, and improved the reliability of unmanned control system.
