摘要
针对传统无人机FMECA方法存在模糊性,难以进行定量分析,得不出精确分析结果的问题,提出了基于模糊综合评判的FMECA分析方法。不仅将传统FMECA中定性指标予以定量化分析,而且通过多级评判,突出了下级对上级的影响,使分析更具有连续性。以无人机系统中的舵机为例进行模糊FMECA分析,对其各个主要的失效模式进行了模糊综合评判,得出较好的分析结果。
Because the traditional FMECA method of unmanned machine exists fuzziness,and it is hard to carry on quantitative analysis and get accurate analysis result,a FFMECA analytical method based on fuzzy evaluation is proposed.This method performs quantitative analysis to the qualitative index in the traditional FMECA.What′s more,through multistage evaluation,the affection of lower level to the higher level is apparent,which makes the analysis more consecutive.Taking the steering engine in the unmanned aerial vehicle system as an example to carry on FFMECA,the main failure modes are evaluated,and the analysis results are good.
