摘要
县域公立医疗资源,是在疫情时代下实现全民健康覆盖、促进社会公平、响应乡村振兴国家战略的重要保障。以长沙县为例,通过“基于医疗资源”与“基于人”两种范式,结合定性、定量方法,分析县域公立医疗资源配置的变化趋势、空间格局与可达性及居民就医行为,为进一步优化长沙县医疗资源的配置提供依据。结果表明:时间维度上,长沙县医疗机构数量、医卫技术人员总体呈上升趋势;空间维度上,长沙县医疗资源的配置总体较好,但局部存在失衡,呈现“西南集聚,外围扩散”的空间分布特征。
County-level public medical resources are an important guarantee for achieving universal health coverage,promoting social equity and responding to the national strategy of rural revitalization in the era of COVID-19.Taking Changsha county as an example,this paper analyzes the changing trend,spatial pattern,accessibility and residents’medical behavior of public medical resource allocation in Changsha county through two paradigms of"medical resource-based"and"human-based",combining qualitative and quantitative methods,and provides basis for further optimizing the allocation of medical resource in Changsha county.The results indicate that:From the time dimension,the number of medical institutions and medical and health technicians in Changsha county shows an overall upward trend.In terms of spatial dimension,the allocation of medical resources in Changsha County is generally good,but there is local imbalance,showing the spatial distribution characteristics of"southwest agglomeration,periphery diffusion".
