摘要
塞尔维亚某铜金矿石按铜金品位的差异可分为高硫铜金矿石、高硫富铜金矿石。为实现矿山的高效、稳定、连续生产,根据前期研究成果进行了选矿厂工艺流程设计,选矿厂设计规模为1万t/d,服务年限为13 a,前3年处理高品位矿石,第4~13年处理低铜矿石。井下粗碎产品(F_(100)=250 mm)进行1段半自磨1段球磨,产品粒度-0.074 mm70%;高铜矿石采用1粗2扫1精浮选流程,低铜矿石采用铜快速优先浮选+铜硫混浮+铜硫混合精矿再磨浮选工艺,流程结构为1快浮1粗2扫、混合精矿再磨后2精2精扫浮选流程;精矿采用浓缩+压滤两段脱水工艺流程;尾矿浓密机浓缩至浓度为55%后一部分泵送至充填站进行井下充填,剩余部分泵送至尾矿库湿排法堆存。
According to the difference of copper and gold grade,a copper and gold ore in Serbia can be divided into high-sulfur copper and gold ore and high-sulfur copper-rich gold ore.In order to make the mine efficient,stable and continuous production,the process flow design was carried out according to the preliminary research results.The design scale of the mineral processing plant was 10000 t/d,and the service life was thirteen years.The mineral processing plant was designed to process high-grade ore in the first three years and low copper ore in the fourth to the 13 th years.Underground primary crushed products(F100=250 mm)were one stage SAG and ball milling with a particle size of-0.074 mm accounting for 70%.The flotation process of one roughing,two scavenging and one cleaning flotation process was adopted for high copper ore,and the flotation process of copper rapid priority flotation+copper-sulfur mixed flotation+copper-sulfur mixed concentrate regrinding was adopted for low copper ore.The flow structure is“one rapid flotation,one roughing,two scavenging”and“two cleaning and two cleaning scavenging”after regrinding of mixed concentrate.Concentrate adopts two stage dewatering process of concentration+pressure filtration.After concentrated to a concentration of 55%with the tailings thickener,part of the tailings is pumped to the filling station for underground filling,and the rest is pumped to the tailings storage facility for wet discharge stockpiling.
