摘要
为了查明SS SAG碎磨流程对乌拉根铅锌矿浮选的影响,针对选矿厂SS SAG碎磨流程进行了详细的考查和数据分析。考查结果表明:SS SAG碎磨流程达到了设计产能,分级溢流细度符合设计要求,但SS SAG碎磨流程产品呈哑铃型分布,+0.15 mm粒级占比高达37%,+0.15 mm粒级铅、锌回收率仅为32.31%和55.85%,浮选尾矿+0.15 mm粒级中存在已解离铅锌矿物,SS SAG碎磨流程产品+0.15 mm粒级占比高是影响铅、锌浮选指标的主要因素。针对以上问题,提出了SS SAG碎磨流程优化方案,为提升浮选指标提供了科学依据。
In order to find out the influence of SS SAG grinding process on lead-zinc ore flotation in Wulagen lead-zinc mine,a detailed investigation and data analysis were carried out for SS SAG grinding process in Wulagen lead-zinc concentrator.The results show that the SS SAG grinding process has reached the designed capacity,and the classification overflow fineness meets the design requirements.However,the products in the SS SAG grinding process are dumbbell shaped,and the+0.15 mm particles accounted for 37%.The recoveries of+0.15 mm lead and zinc are only 32.31%and 55.85%.There are dissociated lead and zinc minerals in flotation tailings+0.15 mm.The high proportion of SS SAG grinding products in+0.15 mm is the main factor affecting the flotation index of lead and zinc.In view of the above problems,an optimization scheme of SS SAG grinding process was proposed,which provided a scientific basis for SS SAG process optimization and flotation index improvement.
