广州市在用工业有机热载体锅炉能效现状分析与安全节能对策 被引量:1

摘要 为了防止有机热载体质量不良而导致的锅炉事故,促进锅炉安全、节能运行,文章对广州市在用有机热载体锅炉状况发起普查,并针对其中199台有机热载体锅炉进行能效测试,从排烟温度、锅炉容量及锅炉热效率方面进行分析。普查结果显示试验报告与出厂检验试验报告的缺失问题严重,同时一部分企业不清楚有机热载体使用时间,存在安全隐患。能效测试结果表明,广州市的有机热载体锅炉效率合格率较低。并且通过能效分析发现,随着额定容量上升,热效率增加,合格率也增加。随着排烟温度上升,热效率下降,合格率也下降。总的来说工业锅炉热效率较少达到规程中的目标值,低于标准值是普遍存在的问题。 In order to prevent boiler accidents caused by poor quality of organic heat carrier,and to promote boiler safety and energy saving,this paper conducts a general survey of the status of organic heat carrier boilers in Guangzhou,and tests the energy efficiency of 199 organic heat carrier boilers among them.The results of the test are analyzed from the aspects of exhaust gas temperature,boiler capacity and boiler thermal efficiency.The results of the general survey show that the lack of type test report and factory inspection test report is serious.And the ignorance of the use time of organic heat carrier causes dangers.The energy efficiency test results show that usually the qualified rate of organic heat carrier boiler efficiency in Guangzhou is low.Through the energy efficiency analysis,it is found that with the increase of capacity,the thermal efficiency increases,and the qualified rate also increases.With the increase of exhaust temperature,the thermal efficiency and the qualified rate also decreased.Generally speaking,the thermal efficiency of industrial boilers rarely reaches the target value,and the efficiency of some boilers is lower than the standard value.
