摘要
为了解生物质成型燃料锅炉的运行状况,掌握不同蒸发量锅炉的节能减排效果.本文选取4台生物质锅炉,对其进行现场能效和大气污染物排放测试,并对测试数据进行比较分析.结果表明:生物质成型燃料锅炉测试热效率相对比较可观,在锅炉辅机设备和燃烧保持稳定的条件下,大气污染物排放结果能够满足标准要求.针对测试现场发现的问题,从技术与政策可行性层面对生物质锅炉运行后的节能和发展方向提出建议.
In order to realize the operation condition of biomass briquette boilers and benefit of energy-saving and emission reduction from different evaporation capacity,this paper takes 4 biomass briquette boilers as research object,and analyses the energy efficiency test data and air pollutants.The results show that the test thermal efficiency of biomass briquette boilers is relatively considerable.The air pollutants meet the standard requirement since the auxiliary equipment and combustion condition keep stable operation.Finally,in view of the problems found in the test site,suggestions on energy saving after operation and development direction of biomass boilers are put forward from technology and policy implementation level.
