摘要
为实现航天项目质量管理工作效率及工作质量的有效提升,就应将企业闭环管理模式引用其中,并针对闭环管理流程进行适度优化,实现各流程的有效衔接及管理过程的精准记录与反馈,并结合相关信息化技术手段的合理应用,开发出与之相匹配的闭环管理流程,促进航天项目质量问题管理规范化、制度化水平的持续提升。
In order to achieve the effective improvement of the quality management work efficiency and work quality of aerospace projects,the closed-loop management model of the enterprise should be introduced,and the closed-loop management process should be appropriately optimized to achieve effective connection of each process and accurate recording and feedback of the management process.Combined with the reasonable application of relevant information technology means,a matching closed-loop management process has been developed to promote the standardization and institutionalization of the management of aerospace project quality issues.
