摘要
全球性别平等指数是西方中心主义性别平等话语的具体表现,不能客观评价中国性别平等状况。西方中心主义性别平等话语是西方自由民主理念在性别平等领域的体现,随着全球化进程成为强势话语,目前出现衰落迹象。中国的性别平等话语坚持马克思主义立场,经历了由弱到强的发展过程,面临着走向世界的历史机遇。增强中国的性别平等话语权,需要超越妇女性别研究的批判视角,进一步提高妇女性别研究的制度化水平,促进性别平等官方话语、学术话语和大众话语的良性互动。
The global gender equality indexes are manifestations of western-centrism discourse on gender equality,and cannot objectively evaluate China’s gender equality.The Western-centric gender equality discourse is the embodiment of the Western liberal and democratic ideals in the field of gender equality.With the process of globalization,it has become a dominant discourse and is currently showing signs of decline.China’s gender equality discourse adheres to the Marxist principle,has a long history of development,and is now demonstrating its potential to be a powerful global discourse.To enhance China’s power of discourse on gender equality,it is necessary to go beyond the critical perspective of women and gender studies,strengthen the institutionalization of China’s women and gender studies,and promote the smooth interaction of official discourse,academic discourse and public discourse on gender equality.
