摘要
介绍了粗煤泥的3种分选方法,对其优缺点进行了分析,并结合现场实际情况,对可行的粗煤泥分选方式,即螺旋分选机和CSS干扰床分选机开展了半工业性试验。通过对试验数据的分析,确定了高变质无烟煤粗煤泥的最佳分选方式为CSS分选。同时,对CSS在章村矿选煤厂的实际应用效果进行了分析,结果表明,CSS成功解决了高变质无烟煤粗煤泥的分选问题,使原煤不预先脱泥的精煤磁尾得到了深度分选,打破了CSS只适合低密度煤种分选的瓶颈,为高密度粗煤泥的分选提供了一条新的途径。
This paper introduces three separation methods of coarse slime,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and carries out semi industrial tests on feasible separation methods of coarse slime,namely spiral separator and CSS interference bed separator(hereinafter referred to as“CSS”).Through the analysis of test data,it is determined that the best separation method of coarse slime of high metamorphic anthracite is CSS separation.At the same time,the practical application effect of CSS in Zhangcun Coal Preparation Plant is analyzed.The results show that CSS successfully solves the separation problem of high metamorphic anthracite coarse slime,and enables the deep separation of clean coal magnetic tail without pre-desliming of raw coal,which breaks the bottleneck that CSS is only suitable for low-density coal,and provides a new path for the separation of high-density coarse slime.
