摘要
党的百年历史,同时也是我们党不断运用党内法规制度管党治党的历史。以此为基点,党史学习教育必须高度重视和强化党内法规制度史的学习教育。开展党内法规制度史学习教育有助于完善党史学习教育体系,有助于强化党内法规制度建设,有助于推动全面依法治国向纵深发展,也有助于推进全面从严治党。党内法规制度史学习教育应当被作为党史学习教育活动中最为关键和重要的环节被重点突出和强调。党内法规制度史学习教育必须坚持以马克思主义理论为指导,必须始终强调并坚持党的领导,坚持党内法规姓党、党内法规教育服务于党的领导与党的建设的基本方向,坚持“大历史观”,从全面的、联系的、发展的视角学习党内法规制度史,必须坚持实践创新精神,结合时代发展情况、社会客观需要确定学习教育的具体内容和方式路径,坚持严肃与活泼并举,坚持党内法规制度学习与法治教育深度融合。
The 100 year history of CPC is also the history of our Party’s continuous use of inner-party laws and regulations to manage the party. Based on this, the study and education of Party’s history must attach great importance to and strengthen the study and education on the history of inner-party laws and regulations. Carrying out the study and education of the history of inner-party laws and regulations will help to improve the learning and education system of party history and strengthen the construction of inner-party laws and regulations. It is conducive to promoting the in-depth development of the comprehensive rule of law and the strict governance of the party in an all-round way. The study and education of inner-party laws and regulations should be highlighted and emphasized as the most pivotal and important link. The study and education of the history of inner-party laws and regulations must be guided by adhering to Marxist theory. We must always emphasize and adhere to the leadership of CPC, insist the party’s surname for inner-party laws and regulations, and the basic direction of inner-party laws and regulations education serving the party’s leadership and party’s construction, adhere to the “great conception of history” and study the history of inner-party laws and regulations from an overall, connected and developmental perspective. It is necessary to persevere in the spirit of practice and innovation and determine the specific contents, methods and paths of learning and education in combination with the development of the times and the objective needs of society. We all adhere to both seriousness and liveliness, and to the deep integration of inner-party laws and regulations as well as legal education.
