摘要
在全面建设高质量教育体系的时代背景下,学前教育的高质量发展离不开家庭教育质量的提升,其中重视幼儿父职教育是提升早期家庭教育质量的重要着力点。现阶段,我国幼儿父职教育面临缺乏专门性的制度和法律保障、社会资源利用率低、尚未形成专业的指导人员队伍、幼儿园难以发挥其带动作用、父亲缺乏参与的内在自觉性等困境。基于此,文章从专门性法律法规制定、社会多元主体参与、专业指导人员队伍建构、幼儿园主导作用发挥、父亲主动性激发等角度对幼儿父职教育的发展路径进行思考,以期有效推进幼儿父职教育工作高质量进行。
In the context of the comprehensive construction of a high-quality education system,the high-quality development of preschool education is inseparable from the improvement of the quality of family education.Among them,fatherhood education is an important focus for improving the quality of early family education.At this stage,China’s fatherhood education is faced with difficulties such as lack of specialized systems and legal guarantees,low utilization of social resources,lack of professional guidance staff,difficulty in kindergartens playing its leading role,and lack of intrinsic awareness of fathers’participation.Based on this,this article considers the development path of early childhood parenting education from the perspectives of the formulation of specialized laws and regulations,the participation of multiple social subjects,the construction of professional guidance personnel,the play of the leading role of kindergartens,and the stimulation of fathers’initiative,in order to effectively promote the development of children’s fatherhood education is carried out with high quality.
