摘要
基于全国私营企业调查数据,检验和分析了党组织嵌入对私营企业创新投资的影响。结果显示,党组织嵌入能够促进私营企业创新投资。政治关联、政策感知、员工保护和公司治理是党组织嵌入促进私营企业创新投资的中介路径。进一步分析表明,在“十八大”召开之后,对于小微企业和中部地区企业,党组织嵌入对私营企业创新投资的影响更大。研究加深了对党组织嵌入的建设和作用效果的认识,为进一步完善基层党组织建设,充分发挥党组织在企业战略决策中的积极作用提供了新的经验证据,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
This paper examined and analyzed the impact of party organization embedding on the innovation investment of private enterprises based on the data of Chinese Private Enterprise Survey.The results showed that Party organization embeddedness could promote private enterprise innovation investment,and the mediating paths included political connection,policy perception,employee protection and corporate governance.Further analysis showed that,after“the 18th National Congress”,the promoting effect of Party organization embedding was greater in micro and small enterprises and the enterprises located in central region.This study has deepened the understanding of the construction and effects of Party organization embeddedness,and provided new empirical evidences for further perfecting the construction of grassroots Party organizations and assisting enterprises’decision-making.So the research has both theoretical value and practical significance.
