摘要
针对高速铁路道岔钢轨鱼鳞纹病害和大型机械打磨存在限打区的问题,以高速铁路18号道岔为例,研究了道岔区钢轨鱼鳞纹病害分布规律,给出了打磨目标廓形,研制了打磨廓形模板,提出了道岔转辙器区域鱼鳞纹病害渐进式打磨策略和曲导轨区域打磨廓形验收标准,并开展了道岔转辙器区域鱼鳞纹病害整治和曲导轨区域廓形打磨的现场应用。结果表明:采用渐进式打磨策略,经过多个天窗点的小型机械打磨作业,能够彻底消除鱼鳞纹病害,修正轨头廓形,实现目标廓形。
In view of the fish scale disease of high speed railway turnout and the problem of limited grinding area in large-scale mechanical grinding,taking No.18 turnout of high speed railway as an example,the distribution law of rail fish scale disease in turnout area was studied,the grinding target profile was given,the grinding profile template was developed,and the progressive grinding strategy of fish scale disease in turnout switch area and the acceptance standard of grinding profile in curved guide rail area were put forward.In addition,the field application of fish scale disease treatment in turnout switch area and profile grinding in curved guide rail area has been carried out.The results show that through the small-scale mechanical grinding operation of multiple skylight points,the progressive grinding strategy can completely eliminate the fish scale disease,revise the rail head profile and achieve the target profile.
