砂轮曲面打磨技术在高速铁路道岔打磨中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 针对传统的道岔打磨技术——砂轮端面打磨技术的局限性和由此导致道岔受限区钢轨廓形偏差超限,纵向平直度不良等问题,对新引进的砂轮曲面打磨技术原理进行了分析,并对其在道岔打磨上的适用性进行了评述。现场应用表明,主动式砂轮曲面打磨技术具有打磨角度范围大、打磨受限区小、打磨切削能力强、打磨表面质量好、打磨火花方向可控等优点,打磨后各项指标质量均能满足铁总运〔2014〕357号《高速铁路钢轨打磨管理办法》要求,可显著提高道岔的打磨质量和动态平顺性。 Aiming at the limitation of traditional turnout grinding technology—the facing grinding by abrasive wheel and the resulting problems such as over-limit rail profile deviation and poor longitudinal straightness in the restricted area of turnout,the principle of the newly introduced grinding technology named the peripheral grinding by abrasive wheel was analyzed,and its applicability in turnout grinding was reviewed in detail.The field application shows that the grinding technology of active peripheral grinding by abrasive wheel has the advantages of large grinding angle range,small grinding restricted area,strong grinding and cutting ability,good grinding surface quality,controllable grinding spark direction.After grinding,the quality of each index can meet the requirements of TZY〔2014〕No.357 High Speed Railway Rail Grinding Management Method,which can significantly improve the grinding quality and dynamic smoothness of turnouts.
