摘要
针对目前广泛使用的GJ‐6型和数字式轨道检测系统,分别在系统结构、传感器、信号处理方式等方面进行了对比,分析了有载条件下两种系统检测结果存在差异的原因。基于同一条线路采用两种系统检测得到的轨道质量指数,对比分析两种系统的检测差异。结果表明:两种轨道检测系统在检测时的测量位置不同是检测结果产生差异的主要原因;两种系统的检测波形重合度较高,其中对三角坑和水平的检测差异略大;两种系统检测同一条线路时,TQI值差异平均为4%~8%,可据此对两系统检测结果进行修正,解决工务系统对线路质量进行评价时出现偏差的问题。
In view of the widely used GJ-6 type and digital track inspection systems,the system structure,sensors,signal processing methods and other aspects were compared,and the reasons for the differences between the detection results of the two systems under loaded conditions were analyzed.Based on the track quality index of the same line detected by the two systems,the detection difference between the two systems is compared and analyzed.The results show that the main reason for the difference is the different measuring positions of the two track inspection systems.The coincidence degree of inspection waveforms of the two systems is high,and the difference between the inspection of triangle pit and level is slightly large.When the two systems detect the same line,the average difference of TQI value is 4%~8%.Therefore,the inspection results of the two systems can be corrected to solve the problem of deviation in the evaluation of line quality by the track maintenance system.
