摘要
良好的轨道几何状态是确保车辆安全、平稳运行的关键。通过对GJ-6系统进行轻量化、小型化、分体式等结构改进设计,实现以不同电客车为载体进行轨道动态几何状态的检测。实际应用表明,该系统可以满足城市轨道交通初期运营前安全评估时对轨道动态几何状态检测的要求,并且通过检测数据可以发现轨道缺陷。此外,该系统可以在运营期间临时搭载在电客车上对轨道进行周期性检测,为轨道维护提供帮助。
Good track geometry is the key to ensure the safe and smooth operation of vehicles.Through the structural improvement design of GJ-6 system,such as lightweight,miniaturization and split type,the track dynamic geometric state detection is realized with different vehicles as carriers.The engineering practice shows that the system can meet the requirements of track dynamic geometric state detection in the safety assessment before the initial operation of urban rail transit,and can effectively find track related quality defects by the detection data.In addition,the system can provide help for the periodic detection of track and the guidance of track operation and maintenance.
