摘要
在高质量发展的背景下,城镇化进程中依然存在农民工自我认同程度不高,城市居民垄断物质文化,农民工对规章制度掌握不充分,城乡文化差异明显等现象,以至于农民工身份转型不完全,城市融入不彻底。公共图书馆作为保存人类文明、传播文化的重要文化机构,理应承担起为农民工提供信息服务的责任,可采取以下服务策略:双向文化宣传,提高农民工自我认同;提供补充教育,破除文化垄断;传播政策信息,消除文化偏见;打造文化空间,弥合文化差异。
In the context of high-quality development,the urbanization process still suffers from a low degree of self-identification of migrant workers,monopoly of material and culture by city residents,insufficient mastery of rules and regulations by migrant workers,and obvious background differences between urban and rural areas,as a result,the identity transformation of migrant workers is incomplete and urban integration is lagging.As an important cultural institution for preserving human civilization and spreading culture,public libraries should take up the responsibility of providing information services for migrant workers and can adopt the following service strategies:two-way cultural publicity to improve migrant workers'self-identity;provide supplementary education to break cultural monopoly;disseminate policy information to eliminate cultural prejudice,and create a cultural space to bridge cultural differences.
