摘要
新商科建设背景下,财会专业人才培养需要适应新的商业思维和商业规则,应用型本科高校承担着为地方产业服务的使命,产教融合是财会专业人才培养的必然选择。在分析财会专业产教融合人才培养的必要性及优势的基础上,对应用型高校财会专业产教融合人才培养的目标做出定位,在此基础上,构建理论与实践、线上与线下和企业与高校相结合的全方位的产教融合人才培养体系,探索通过更为丰富的融合性培养环节和项目,实现新商科背景下应用型本科高校财会专业人才培养质量的全面提升。
Under the background of new business construction,the training of finance and accounting professionals needs to be adapted to the new business thinking and business rules.Application-oriented universities undertake the mission of serving local industries.The integration of industry and education is the inevitable choice for the training of finance and accounting professionals.On the basis of analyzing the necessity and advantages of the cultivation of fusion talents of finance and accountant majors,it makes a positioning in the object of the industry and education integration training of finance and accounting professional education in applied colleges and universities.On this basis,a comprehensive talent training system integrating industry and education should be built,which combines theory with practice,online with offline,and enterprise with university.More abundant fusion culture links and projects should be explored,so as to realize the comprehensive improvement of financial and accounting talents training quality in applied undergraduate colleges and universities under the background of new business.
