让商业空间不只是容纳产品的“容器”——以上海尚悦湾·西街为例

摘要 互联网技术的发展,为商业领域带来了销售模式、传播方式、支付手段、人流吸引等多方面的改变,也对相应的传统城市商业空间产生了巨大影响。文章首先归纳总结了传统商业建筑空间的特点及其当前在互联网信息时代背景下所面临的问题,而后以一个成功的商业建筑案例作为分析研究对象,从整体规划、空间尺度、功能模式、场所营造、建筑品质和商业思维转变等六个方面来分析该建筑是如何突破目前商业建筑所面临的困境的。最后从上述六个方面总结出商业空间适应当今互联网信息时代的设计原则,以期有效促进互联网环境下城市商业空间功能的充分发挥。 The development of Internet technology has brought many changes to the commercial field, such as sales models, communication methods, payment methods, and crowd attraction, which have also had a huge impact on the corresponding traditional urban commercial spaces.The paper first summarizes the characteristics of traditional commercial building space and the current problems it faces under the background of the internet information age, and then takes a successful commercial building case as the object of analysis and research, from overall planning, spatial scale, functional mode, and place construction to analyze how the building breaks through the current predicament faced by commercial buildings in six aspects, including building quality and commercial thinking changes. Finally, from the above six aspects, the design principles of commercial space adapting to the current Internet information era are summarized, in order to effectively promote the full use of urban commercial space functions under the internet environment.
