电涡流位移传感器在磨浆机动定磨片工作间隙测量中的性能

摘要 针对高浓度磨浆机实时测距的迫切需求,为模拟真实工作环境,对磨浆机进行了模型搭建,探究各因素对电涡流位移传感器输入、输出特性的影响,并对定磨片不同磨损程度下传感器的输出结果进行线性拟合.结果表明:动磨片转速基本不影响输出结果;加上定磨片后输出值降低1/2,定磨片磨损程度越深,输出值越大;加水隔离套基本不影响输出值;线性拟合相关系数大于0.99,传感器的线性度较好,能够准确测量磨浆机动、定磨片的工作间隙;由线性拟合斜率可以判断磨片的磨损情况.该传感器能达到实时监控的目的. For the urgent demand of real-time ranging of high concentration refiner,in order to simulate the real working environment,this paper built an accurate model of the refiner,explored the influence of various factors on the input and output characteristic of eddy current displacement sensor,and linearly fitted the output results of the sensor under different wear degrees of fixed grinding plate.The experimental results show that the rotating speed of the moving grinding disc basically does not affect the output results;With the fixed grinding plate,the output value decreases by half,and the deeper the wear degree of the fixed grinding plate,the greater the output value;Adding water to the isolation sleeve also basically does not affect the size of the output value;The correlation coefficient of linear fitting is greater than 0.99,which indicates that the reliability of the sensor is high.The slope of linear fitting can judge the wear of grinding disc and achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring.
