摘要 材料硬度低、耐磨性差的盘磨机磨片失效的主要形式是磨刀前对钝化磨圆,进而导致磨片剪切能力急剧下降。采用优质镍铬合金钢且经过一定热处理工艺加工制成的圆环分区直齿型潜片具有较强的剪切纤维的能力。在φ450mm盘磨机上安装φ480mm磨片的同时,分环设计磨片齿型以及加设挡浆环都可以有效提高盘磨机的磨浆效果。 The main invalidity of the refiner disc plate is the rounding of the bar edge in case of the plate has lower material rigidity and unwearable quality. It results in the shear ability decreases rapidly. The divisional disc plate with the straight bar can shear the pulp fiber effectively if the plate is made of the high quality Ni-Gr alloy steel and treated by heating, both divisional design and the dams between bars could improve the refining effect.
