摘要
材料硬度低、耐磨性差的盘磨机磨片失效的主要形式是磨刀前对钝化磨圆,进而导致磨片剪切能力急剧下降。采用优质镍铬合金钢且经过一定热处理工艺加工制成的圆环分区直齿型潜片具有较强的剪切纤维的能力。在φ450mm盘磨机上安装φ480mm磨片的同时,分环设计磨片齿型以及加设挡浆环都可以有效提高盘磨机的磨浆效果。
