摘要
综述了近20年我国农村污水处理的相关文献,总结了我国农村污水处理现状,介绍了水质水量等的时空变化特征,分析了各类污水的典型处理工艺,比较了各地方最新出台的政策法规,展望了我国农村污水处理的发展趋势,为科学合理制定农村污水治理方案提供依据,为完善污水处理设施的运维机制提供指导,为农村污水处理的法律法规及行业标准的制定提供借鉴。
This paper reviews the relevant literature on rural sewage treatment in China in the past 20 years,summarizes the current situation of rural sewage treatment in China,introduces the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of water quality and quantity,analyzes the typical treatment processes of various types of sewage,compares the latest policies and regulations in various places,and looks forward to the development trend of rural sewage treatment in China,which provides the basis for the scientific and formulation of rural sewage treatment schemes,provides guidance for improving the operation and maintenance mechanism of sewage treatment facilities,and provides reference for the formulation of laws,regulations and industrial standards of rural sewage treatment.
