摘要
研究了水生植物浮床、水生动物浮床、人工介质浮床以及组合生态浮床对太湖营养化水体的净化效果,结果表明组合生态浮床对NH^(+)_(4)-N、NO^(–)_(3)-N、TN、PN、TP、Chl-a、COD_(Mn)的平均去除率显著高于水生植物浮床、水生动物浮床以及人工介质浮床,可见组合生态浮床对富营养化水体的净化具有较好的效果。组合生态浮床水生动物单元和人工介质单元生物量配置研究结果表明,随着三角帆蚌生物量的增加(620 g增至1415 g),组合生态浮床对TN、TP、COD_(Mn)和Chl-a的去除率增加,当生物量由1010 g增至1415 g时,TN、TP去除率的增加量较小,而生物量在1010 g时已具有较好效果,相应的配置量为894 g三角帆蚌/m^(2)水面。人工介质单元配置量的增加(介质填充率为10%、16%、23%)可提高对TN、TP、COD_(Mn)和Chl-a的去除效果,人工介质填充率为23%较为适宜。
The contrast research on the improvement remove effect of eutrophicated water in Taihu lake by aquatic plant floating bed,aquatic animal floating bed,artificial media floating bed and IEFB was studied.The results show that NH^(+)_(4)-N,NO^(-)_(3)-N,TN,TP,COD_(Mn),Chl-a removal efficiencies of IEFB are higher than others.It can be seen that IEFB has a good effect on the purification of eutrophic water.The results of biomass allocation of aquatic animal unit and artificial medium unit in integrated ecological floating bed show that the increase in mussel biomass of IEFB can significantly improve the TN,TP,COD_(Mn)and Chl-a removal efficiency.However,when it comes to 1415 g,the removal rate of TN and TP increased slowly.From this,we know that mussel biomass played well effect at 1010 g,so mussel biomass of 894 g/m^(2)surface water would be better in IEFB.The increase of artificial media can significantly improve its COD_(Mn),TN,TP and Chl-a removal,so density of artificial media of 23%surface water in IEFB is more reasonable.
