摘要
以社会资本理论为基础,结合高校学生社团自组织的属性特征,通过调查问卷的方式,探索性地分析出认知型社会资本、精英型社会资本以及结构型社会资本,通过群体信任、互惠合作、网络结构等方式,共同构成高校学生社团社会资本的主要维度。利用多元回归分析发现,高校学生社团社会资本会因成员性别、所处年级、学校类型、专业背景以及参与程度等不同,而产生显著性差异。这使得多途径促进学生参与社团的积极性、重视与规范高校学生社团管理者的培育以及高校学生社团探索社员全周期管理模式变得尤为重要。
Based on the theory of social capital,combined with the self-organization characteristics of college student associations,this paper,through a questionnaire,explores cognitive social capital,elite social capital,and structural social capital,which are the main dimensions of the social capital of college student organizations.Using multiple regression analysis,it is found that the social capital of college student associations will have significant differences due to differences in member gender,grade,school type,professional background,association type and degree of participation.This makes it more important to promote the enthusiasm of students to participate in the associations through multiple channels,attach importance to the cultivation of student associations presidents,and explore the full cycle management mode of members.
