摘要
创新创业社团是各级各类学校推进创新创业教育的重要载体,“以创社促创业”是推进基层开放大学创新创业教育的重要举措,而“以创社促创业”的前提是“创社”,即创新创业社团组织的建设。基于组织理论视角,逐一分析构成组织的五个基本要素,以社会结构、参与者、目标、技术和环境五个维度审视基层开放大学创新创业社团建设中存在的不足,包括社团培育意识不强、社团育人目标定位不清、技术供给不足、政策环境支持不到位等,并针对不足提出基层开放大学应重视创新创业社团的培育、调动师生积极性、主动作为、把握影响社团发展的“关键少数”、以政策红利助推社团发展等建设路径。
Innovation and entrepreneurship association is an important carrier for all kinds of schools at all levels to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education.“Promoting entrepreneurship by establishing society”is an important measure to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education in grassroots open universities,and the premise of“promoting entrepreneurship by establishing society”is the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship association organization.From the perspective of organizational theory,this paper analyzes the five basic elements of an organization one by one,and examines the shortcomings in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship communities in grassroots open universities from five dimensions:social structure,participants,goals,technology and environment,including weak awareness of community cultivation,unclear orientation of community education goals,insufficient technology supply and inadequate policy environment support.In view of the shortcomings,it is proposed that grassroots open universities should attach importance to the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship communities,mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students,take the initiative,grasp the“key minority”that affects the development of communities,and promote the development of communities with policy dividends.
