摘要
以氢氧化铝(AH,Al(OH);)为原料,通过水热法制备勃姆石,考察反应温度(165~230℃)、反应时间(0~120 min)对勃姆石形貌的影响。结果表明,经过1 h处理,在温度>200℃下形成结晶良好的勃姆石。勃姆石形成时,起始AH的六角形晶体转变为片状菱形晶体。处理后,勃姆石的平均粒径(0.9μm)通常小于原始的AH进料(1.6μm)。在实验的基础上,提出了氢氧化铝转变为勃姆石的演变机理。
With aluminum hydroxide(AH, Al(OH);) as the raw material, boehmite was synthesized by hydrothermal method, and the influence of reaction temperature(165~230 ℃) and reaction time(0~120 min) on the morphology of boehmite was investigated. The results showed that after 1 hour of treatment, the well-crystallized boehmite was formed at a temperature of >200 ℃. When boehmite was formed, the hexagonal crystals of the initial AH were transformed into boehmite of flake rhombohedral crystals. After the treatment, the boehmite average particle size(0.9 μm) was generally smaller than that of the original AH feed material(1.6 μm). On the basis of experiments, the evolution mechanism was proposed for the transformation of aluminum hydroxide into boehmite.
