摘要
文章旨在分析日粮中用红薯替代玉米对仔猪生长性能、消化性能及血清指标的影响。试验将256头同批次、同日龄仔猪随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复16头仔猪,各组遗传背景、体型、年龄、性别配比和平均体重[(8.18±1.24)kg]差异不显著(P>0.05)。其中,对照组(T0)饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,3个试验组(T1、T2、T3)分别用2%、4%、6%红薯渣替代玉米。试验共计30 d。结果:T1、T2和T3组仔猪采食量显著高于T0组(P<0.05);T2和T3组仔猪平均日增重显著高于T0组(P<0.05),T2和T3组仔猪料重比显著低于T0组(P<0.05);T2和T3组干物质消化率显著高于T0组(P<0.05),T1、T2和T3组有机物消化率显著高于T0组(P<0.05),T1和T2组钙消化率显著高于T0组(P<0.05);T1、T2和T3组总蛋白显著高于T0组(P<0.05),T1、T2和T3组白蛋白显著高于T0组(P<0.05),T1、T2和T3组游离脂肪酸显著高于T0组(P<0.05)。结论:单从饲养效果看,4%比例红薯渣替代玉米效果最佳,如果考虑红薯渣对玉米的替代作用,则可考虑采用6%的高比例,达到节约资源,降低饲养成本的目的。
The purpose of the experiment was to analyze the effects of sweet potato instead of corn on growth performance,digestive performance and serum indexes of piglets.256 piglets of the same batch and the same age were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 16 piglets in each replicate.There was no significant difference in genetic background,body shape,age,sex ratio and average body weight[(8.18±1.24)kg]among the groups(P>0.05).Among them,the control group(T0)was fed corn soybean meal based diet,and the three experimental groups(T1,T2 and T3)replaced corn with sweet potato residue in the proportion of 2%,4%and 6%respectively.The test lasted for 30 days.Results:the feed intake of piglets in T1,T2 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that in t0 group(P<0.05);The average daily gain of piglets in T2 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that in t0 group(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio of piglets in T2 and T3 groups was significantly lower than that in t0 group(P<0.05);The digestibility of dry matter in T2 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that in t0 group(P<0.05),the digestibility of organic matter in T1,T2 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that in t0 group(P<0.05),and the digestibility of calcium in T1 and T2 groups was significantly higher than that in t0 group(P<0.05);The total protein of T1,T2 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that of t0 group(P<0.05),the albumin of T1,T2 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that of t0 group(P<0.05),and the free fatty acid of T1,T2 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that of t0 group(P<0.05).Conclusion:from the feeding effect alone,the effect of replacing corn with 4%sweet potato residue is the best.If considering the substitution effect of sweet potato residue on corn,a high proportion of 6%can be considered to save resources and reduce feeding cost.
