摘要 线粒体丙酮酸转运载体(MPC)作为控制丙酮酸由胞质进入线粒体的结构,参与许多疾病的发生,如癌症、代谢性疾病等。近年研究发现,MPC与中枢神经系统退行性疾病密切相关。本文就MPC对阿尔茨海默症认知功能的改善作用、帕金森病的神经保护和抗炎作用、亨廷顿舞蹈病精神障碍的改善作用进行综述,以期为上述疾病的治疗提供新的方向和依据。 Mitochondrial pyruvate carrier(MPC)as a structure controlling pyruvate from cytoplasm to mitochondria,is involved in the occurrence of many diseases,such as cancer,metabolic diseases and so on.Recent studies have found that MPC is closely related to central nervous system degenerative diseases.This article reviews the effects of MPC on the improvement of cognitive function in Alzheimer's disease,neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effects in Parkinson's disease,and the improvement of mental disorders in Huntington's disease,in order to provide a new direction and basis for the treatment of these diseases.
