锌离子跨膜转运载体与其稳态平衡研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 锌在细胞中发挥着维持蛋白质结构、辅助催化和信号转导的功能,并参与许多重要的生命活动.锌离子的缺乏或过量摄入会引发多种疾病,因此,保持细胞内锌的稳态对维持人体健康来说至关重要.对人体而言,锌的稳态主要由两种锌跨膜转运蛋白家族(锌转运蛋白ZnTs和Zrt/Irt相关蛋白ZIPs)来维持,它们是锌离子发挥多种功能的基础.目前在ZnT和ZIP蛋白的表达、纯化、结构分析和分子机制研究等方面取得了一定研究成功,本文综述了锌的功能、营养和稳态,并阐述了ZnT和ZIP蛋白的结构、表达、修饰机制、功能和相关疾病的研究进展. Zinc plays an essential role in protein structure maintenance,auxiliary catalysis,signal transduction and other functions in cells,and participates in many important life activities.The deficiency or excess of zinc ions can lead to many diseases.Therefore,maintaining cellular zinc homeostasis is very important to ensure body health.In the human body,zinc homeostasis is mainly maintained by two families of zinc transmembrane transporters,ZnTs and ZIPs,both are the basis for zinc ions to perform various functions.At present,some progress has been made in the expression,purification,structure analysis and molecular mechanism study of ZnT and ZIP proteins.Here,we review the function,nutrition and homeostasis of zinc,and address the research progress of ZnT and ZIP proteins,including structure,expression,modification mechanism,function and related diseases.
