摘要
线状皮肤病是一组具有特殊皮损分布模式的疾病,包括常见皮肤病的少见临床表现及少见呈线性的皮肤疾病。多数病因不明,部分沿Blaschko线分布者可能与基因嵌合现象相关。本文将对线状皮肤病临床特征进行介绍,探讨各类疾病识别要点,以提高医师诊断及鉴别诊断能力。
Linear skin diseases represents a group of dermatosis with special distribution patterns,including rare sub-types of common diseases and a variety of rare linear dermatosis.Etiologies are usually unclear.Lesions who distributed along the Blaschko line may be related to cutaneous mosaicism.This article will summarize the clinical characteristics of linear dermatosis,and further discuss the key points of differentiation,so as to enhance the clinical identification ability of dermatologists.
