摘要
通过1例以高热、腰痛为首发表现主动脉夹层(AD)患者临床诊疗经过,探讨AD的少见临床表现。AD是少见的急危重疾病,仅以高热和剧烈腰痛为首发临床表现的情况更为少见,加深对此类疾病临床表现的认识、早期识别诊断患者,对降低病患死亡率至关重要。
One aortic dissection(AD)with hyperpyrexia and lumbago as the first manifestation patient’s clinical diagnosis course were summarized and analyzed.AD is a rare acute and critical disease,even rarer with atypical symptom.It is essential to identify AD early and take intervention timely for reduce mortality.
