摘要
在水电工程施工过程中,施工进度计划和风险计算是很重要的分析工作。分析工程项目进度风险的基本思路是量化施.工过程中可能存在的风险,建立模型,运用计算机仿真技术进行模拟,刻画出不同风险因素导致进度偏离目标的程度或对进度计划顺利实现的影响。文章结合水电工程施工过程中可能存在的风险,归纳整理计算进度风险的方法,为更全面地模拟现实情况,提高进度计划的可控性,保证项目工期和质量提供参考。
In the process of hydropower project construction,construction schedule and risk calculation are very important analysis work.The basic idea of analyzing the project schedule risk is to quantify the possible risks in the construction process,establish a model,use computer simulation technology to simulate,and describe the degree of schedule deviation caused by different risk factors or the impact on the smooth realization of the schedule.Combined with the possible risks in the construction process of hydropower projects,this paper summarizes and sorts out the methods of calculating the schedule risk,so as to provide reference for more comprehensively simulating the actual situation,improving the controllability of the schedule and ensuring the construction period and quality of the project.
