摘要
目的:探讨养阴解郁疏肝汤辅助治疗围绝经期综合征(MPS)(肾虚肝郁型)患者的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2019年4月-2021年4月于北大医疗鲁中医院中医康复医学科治疗的78例MPS(肾虚肝郁型)患者分为观察组(n=39)与对照组(n=39)。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇+醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗,观察组给予戊酸雌二醇+醋酸甲羟孕酮+养阴解郁疏肝汤治疗。记录两组临床疗效,观察治疗前后两组中医症候积分、激素水平、免疫功能及生活质量水平变化情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组中医症候积分、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、CD8^(+)水平及绝经期生活质量量表(MENQOL)评分均低于治疗前,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组雌二醇(E_(2))、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肾虚肝郁型MPS患者采用养阴解郁疏肝汤辅助治疗效果显著,能调节激素水平,增强免疫功能,改善生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Yangyin Jieyu Shugan Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of patients with menopausal syndrome(MPS)of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.Method:A total of 78 patients with MPS of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome treated in Department of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation medicine of PKU Care Luzhong Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Estradiol Valerate+Medroxyprogesterone Acetate,and the observation group was treated with Estradiol Valerate+Medroxyprogesterone Acetate+Yangyin Jieyu Shugan Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was recorded,the scores of TCM syndromes,levels of hormones,immune function and quality of life were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 79.49%in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and CD8^(+)and scores of menopause-specific quality of life questionnaire(MENQOL)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol(E_(2))and CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangyin Jieyu Shugan Decoction has good effects in the adjuvant treatment of patients with MPS of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome,and it can regulate the levels of hormones,enhance the immune function and improve the quality of life.
