摘要
目的评价中药汤剂治疗围绝经期综合征疗效及对血清性激素水平的影响。方法分析近5年国内公开发表的针对围绝经期综合征应用中药汤剂治疗的研究文献。结果13篇文献入选,采用随机效应模型,合并后行Meta分析,证实中药汤剂治疗围绝经期综合征疗效显著,EGGER检验显示不存在发表偏倚(P=0.63)。亚组分析显示:与激素治疗组相比,治疗组FSH、LH、E2在干预后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与非激素治疗对照组相比,中药汤剂治疗组干预后FSH、LH均显著降低,E2明显增高(P<0.05)。结论中药汤剂治疗围绝经期综合征与激素替代疗效相当,且不良反应小、安全性高;中药汤剂疗效优于中成药或维生素等其他对症处理。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on perimenopausal syndrome and its effect on serum sex hormone level,so as to provide valuable evidence-based medical evidence for clinical treatment.Methods Meta-analysis was conducted on the randomized controlled studies on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by TCM decoction published in recent 5 years.Results A total of13 articles were included.The randomized effect model and meta-analysis were used to confirm the significant effect of TCM decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.The EGGER test showed no publication bias(P=0.63).Subgroup analysis showed that compared with the hormone treatment group,there were no significant differences in FSH,LH and E2 in the treatment group after intervention(P>0.05).Compared with the non-hormonal control group,FSH and LH were significantly reduced while E2 significantly increased in the TCM decoction group after intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM decoction has the same effect as hormone replacement therapy in treating perimenopausal syndrome,with fewer side effects and higher safety.The curative effect of TCM decoction is better than other symptomatic treatment such as Chinese patent medicine or vitamin.More high-quality research literature is needed,and previous literature is generally not rigorous.
