摘要 目的分析2020年北京市大兴区报告的新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)病例的流行病学特征,为大兴区进一步做好COVID-19疫情防控提供依据。方法收集2020年报告的大兴区COVID-19病例的流行病学调查信息,采用描述性流行病学方法对病例进行人群、时间和空间分布、病例感染途径及发病、确诊和出院时间进行分析。结果2020年1月1日至12月31日,大兴区累计报告新冠肺炎病例114例,报告发病率为6.14/10万,无死亡病例。男女性别比为1.07:1,发病年龄主要集中在20~60岁(83.33%);全区85.00%镇和街道报告了病例。疫情根据感染来源分为武汉输入疫情、境外输入疫情和新发地聚集性疫情三个阶段,涉及聚集性疫情24起,其中家庭聚集占83.33%。结论2020年大兴区新冠肺炎疫情呈现明显的时间聚集性,经历三个阶段疫情,各阶段根据疫情特点采取精准防控,及早控制住了疫情。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)cases reported in Daxing district in 2020,so as to provide evidences for the further prevention and control of COVID-19 in Daxing district.Methods Epidemiological investigation data of COVID-19 cases reported in Daxing district in 2020 were collected.The population,temporal and spatial distribution,sources of infection,time of onset,diagnosis and discharge of COVID-19 cases were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results From January 1 to December 31,2020,114 COVID-19 cases were reported in Daxing district,with a reported incidence of 6.14/100,000 and no death case.The male to female ratio was 1.07:1.The age of the cases was mainly between 20 to 60 years old(83.33%).In the district,85%of towns/streets reported cases.According to the sources of infection,the epidemics can be divided into three stages,e.g,the epidemic caused by imported cases from Wuhan,the epidemic caused by imported cases from oversea,and the outbreak in Xinfadi wholesale market.There were 24 clustered outbreaks,and the family clusters accounted for 83.33%.Conclusions The COVID-19 epidemics showed clear temporal clustering character and three stages of epidemics in Daxing district in 2020.Based on the epidemiological characteristics of each stage,the epidemics were timely controlled by precise prevention and control method.
