摘要
目的探讨康复护理在小儿重症病毒性脑炎护理中的应用价值。方法选取该院2017年2月—2020年2月收治的重症病毒性脑炎患儿100例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组患儿采用常规护理,观察组患儿在对照组基础上采用康复护理。对两组患儿干预前后的运动功能评分、症状改善时间以及护理满意度进行比较分析。结果干预前,两组的运动功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的运动功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组的神经障碍、意识障碍、肢体障碍以及惊厥恢复时间均较短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症病毒性脑炎患儿采用康复护理能有效缩短患儿的康复时间,提升其运动功能,还能提高护理满意度,有助于缓解紧张的护患关系,临床价值较高。
Objective To explore the application value of rehabilitation nursing in children with severe viral encephalitis.Methods A total of 100 children with severe viral encephalitis admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 50 cases in each group.Children in the control group were given routine nursing,and children in the observation group were given rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The motor function score before and after intervention,symptom improvement time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the motor function score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the motor function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the groups,the observation group had shorter recovery time for neurological disorders,consciousness disorders,limb disorders,and convulsions,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of severe viral encephalitis in children can effectively shorten the recovery time,improve their motor function,and can also improve nursing satisfaction,help relieve the tension between nurses and patients,and has higher clinical value.
