摘要
目的研究综合康复治疗在老年肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法选取该院2019年2月—2020年4月收治的老年肺结核患者156例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组78例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用综合康复治疗。观察比较两组患者的肺功能、治疗效果及营养状况。结果治疗后,研究组患者的肺总量、最大呼气中段流量、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的比值、每分钟最大通气量均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者的腰围、上臂中点肌肉周径、肱三头肌皮褶厚度、理想体重平均值均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合康复治疗可以提高老年肺结核患者的治疗效果,改善其肺功能指标,增加治愈率,提升患者治疗满意度,具有临床意义。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 156 elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation on the basis of the control group were observed and compared.The pulmonary function,treatment effect and nutritional status of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,thin Layer chromatography,maximum midexpiratory flow,forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity,and maximal voluntary ventilation of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).The waist circumference,arm medium circumference,triceps skinfold and average ideal body weight of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can improve the treatment effect of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients,improve the indicators of lung function,increase the cure rate,and increase the satisfaction of patients with treatment,which has clinical significance.
