聚乳酸/热塑性淀粉3D打印材料性能研究

摘要 采用甘油、水为增塑剂,马来酸酐为反应增容剂,使用同向平行双螺杆挤出机制备得到热塑性淀粉(TPS),然后采用熔融共混制备得到PLA/TPS 3D打印材料,通过红外光谱、热重分析、差示扫描量热分析和力学性能测试对材料的热性能和力学性能进行了研究。实验结果发现,TPS提高了PLA的热稳定性且起到一定增塑、增韧作用,有利于3D打印成型。 Using glycerol and water as plasticizer and maleic anhydride as reaction compatibilizer,thermoplastic starch(TPS)was prepared by parallel twin-screw extrusion mechanism,and then PLA/TPS 3D printing material was prepared by melt blending.The thermal and mechanical properties of the materials were studied by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and mechanical properties testing.The experimental results showed that TPS improved the thermal stability of PLA and played a certain plasticizing and toughening role,which was beneficial to 3D printing molding.
