相容剂POE-g-MAH对FDM用PLA/木粉复合材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用熔融沉积成型(FDM)工艺制得聚乳酸(PLA)/木粉复合材料试样进行性能测试,研究相容剂马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体(POE-g-MAH)对复合材料力学性能和加工流动性能的影响,使用扫描电子显微镜观察断面形貌。结果表明,在PLA基体中加入木粉后,两者相容性不好,造成力学性能下降;在复合材料中加入POE-g-MAH改善了PLA和木粉的相容性,力学性能提高,加工流动性变好,更易于FDM成型。综合考虑力学性能和降解要求,POE-g-MAH质量分数在4%合适,与未加相容剂比较,拉伸强度增加36.88%,冲击强度增加30.21%,弯曲强度增加14.6%,成型过程顺畅,成型质量佳。 The poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/wood flour composites were prepared by fused deposition modeling(FDM)process,and the effects of compatibilizer maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer(POE-g-MAH)on the mechanical properties and processing fluidity of the composites were studied.And the section morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that after the addition of wood flour,the compatibility of wood flour and PLA matrix is not good,and the mechanical properties are declined.The compatibility of PLA and wood flour is improved by adding POE-g-MAH into composite materials,and the mechanical properties are improved,the processing fluidity is improved,and it is easier to be formed by FDM.Considering the requirements of mechanical properties and degradation,the mass fraction of POE-g-MAH is 4%,and comparing with that without compatibilizer,the tensile strength could increase 36.88%,the impact strength increases 30.21%,bending strength increases 14.6%,the forming process is smooth and the forming quality is good.
